Jam Pilot Open the app

Put a song on the TV.
Hand the kids the link.

Jam Pilot takes a Noteflight Learning score and runs it in the music room: the TV keeps the beat, every iPad follows the line through its own part.

Swipe

Paste a Noteflight link. That is the whole setup.

Jam Pilot reads the score, keeps every part and every color you gave the notes, and saves the song under a two-word address short enough for a kid to type.

Edited the score in Noteflight? Paste the same link again and it updates in place.

The TV counts the room in, then keeps the beat.

Press play: 1, 2, ready, play in letters the back row can read, then the red line moves at the song's tempo. Pause, start from any measure, sound on or off.

Repeats, 1st and 2nd endings, D.S. and coda are followed, so the line goes where the music goes.

Kids join with the camera or two words.

Kids join on the TV shows a QR code and the song's address. Each kid points the iPad at it, or types the two words, and taps their instrument. No accounts, no login.

The iPad remembers the instrument, so the same kid gets the same part next time.

Each kid sees only their part. Big. With the letters in.

Every notehead carries its letter name, in the color you gave it in Noteflight. The line moves when the TV presses play. There is nothing for a kid to press.

Letters on or off and the size of the discs are a switch on every screen.

A score it cannot read yet gets patched, and you check one bar.

Two voices on a staff, a thirty-second note, a time change mid-song: the part it cannot follow is simplified so the notes the kids play stay the same. It tells you which bars to look at. You press Looks right, or say what the bar should be, in your own words.
